New Zealand Shipping

We offer free shipping within NZ for orders over $70.  Shipping rates are a flat $6.50 for orders under $70 value.

We aim to dispatch in 1 working day, with delivery time 1-2 days across New Zealand from dispatch.

Wellington CBD Same Day Delivery / Click & Collect Option

We are based in Wellington, New Zealand. If you urgently need your order on the same day, contact us to arrange this.

Available Monday-Friday only, excluding public holidays. 


Shipping FAQ's

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship by the following day of your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

How long does delivery take?
We normally use an overnight courier service for small parcels and North Island addresses, but allow an extra day or two for South Island addresses, rural delivery and bulky orders.

Is my order sent tracked?
We use Team Global Express.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We appreciate it can be hard to tell if it is exactly the right item for you when shopping online! If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem. Please email hello@nativenz.co.nz and quote your order number. We accept exchanges for credit, refund or replacement. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email us before returning your item. 


If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email hello@nativenz.co.nz explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
